![]() My water was refilled before hitting the half empty mark so that is always a plus. The staff are friendly and very attentive. There's a small fountain in the middle of the dining area that should probably have fish, but it's something. The interior is a bit dated but it actually helps make North Dragon more authentic. The plaza is also home to one of my favorite wrap/sandwich place, Longboards, so I've noticed North Dragon before. There aren't fancy outer decorations that call patrons and you won't find a flashy sign either. Home to a very crowd-less plaza along North Oak Trafficway, most would bypass North Dragon. ![]() I have a couple of items that I wish would happen before this place becomes the perfect Chinese Restaurant in Kansas City. I have to say, North Dragon Chinese Restaurant is a great Chinese Restaurant.
